    As the Managing Agent for The Pinnacle at Riverwalk Townhome Owners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Reconvened Annual Election Annual Election Meeting of Members has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 17th 2024 at 6:00PM. The purpose of this meeting will be to elect 2 Class A Members to the Board of Directors.

    It is important to understand the voting process to ensure a smooth and successful election. You may cast your ballot electronically, either on the Association’s website or by email or fax. It is not necessary to assign your proxy if you vote online, as your vote will also count toward the required quorum. If you mail your ballot, please include the proxy and ensure it is signed and dated. The deadline for voting is Tuesday, July 16th 2024 at 5:00PM. Please be sure your ballot reaches us before the deadline. Only the Owner of record or the proxy holder may cast a vote, and only one ballot per household is accepted.

    Please Note: If you have previously submitted your ballot form or proxy at the annual election meeting held on Thu, Jul 11th 2024, you do not need to resubmit your ballot or proxy forms as they will be count for quorum and the votes cast on your ballot will still be counted.

    Enclosed in this packet you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy, Ballot, and Candidacy Statement. It is important that you return your proxy, even if you plan on attending as unforeseen circumstances may occur, which prevent you from being able to attend. The Annual Election Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If the quorum is not met, the meeting will have to be reconvened and rescheduled to a new date and time which could result in the Association incurring more costs.

    MuniCap, Inc., the administrator for the Riverwalk Public Improvement District, will be hosting a PID training to assist homeowners on understanding how the PID operates as well as emphasize their responsibility to properly disclose the PID information to prospective buyers in all sales transactions. In this training we will discuss the following:

      • PID Disclosures
      • House Bill 1543

    The Pinnacle at Riverwalk Townhome Owners Association, Inc., is pleased to announce that an Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect three (3) Class A members to the Board of Directors. Attached you will find the Meeting Notice, Draft Agenda, Proxy with Consent in Lieu of Meeting, and Ballot Form. The Candidate Statements for those Owners running for the Board of Directors can be found on the Association’s website located under “homeowner” tab

    There are four (4) ways you can vote:

      1. You may now vote Electronically, on your Associations Website at https://www.pinnacleatriverwalk.com.

    It is important that the Ballot and/or Proxy being submitted by U.S. mail or fax be returned by the deadline date of May 31, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in order to be counted. Homeowners casting votes online as someone’s “Proxy” will not be counted until the actual proxy is sent to Essex for verification by the Owner. Homeowners who cast votes online as a property owner need not assign a proxy to another Owner as all Ballots cast online will automatically count for quorum and vote.
