We hope everyone is staying safe and warm during this unprecedented cold and freezing weather.

How Will The February 2021 Deep Freeze Affect Your Trees and Shrubs?

It may be way too early to know if your trees and/or shrubs were affected by the recent freezing weather. If you do have broken branches or limbs, it would be ideal to have them removed. Otherwise, patience and continued observation will be the key. Do not rush to remove shoots and branches that appear to be dead, it will be best to see how the trees and shrubs leaf out in the spring months. Should you suffer loss to trees and/or shrubs and need to ask for an extension for the removal and/or replacement of any tree and/or shrub, please contact to submit a request for extension.

Please remember that an application for modification is required prior to making any modification, installation, or change of any kind.     As the Managing Agent for The Pinnacle at Riverwalk Townhome Owners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Board of Directors Meeting has been scheduled for Friday, December 15th, 2023, at 5:00p.m. Virtual meetings are open sessions for listening and/or viewing only. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and Review and approve the Proposed 2024 Budget.

    We know there are many residents and patrons that love feeding the Canadian Geese and watching them thrive as part of the Riverwalk’s overall natural attraction and beauty, but unfortunately, the continual feeding of the geese is resulting in numerous concerns which include concerns for the health and well-being of the geese as well as cleanliness of the area and damages the geese are causing. Canadian Geese who become dependent upon humans feeding them lose fear of humans and can become more aggressive. Additionally, feeding wild animals’ human food can often lead to the geese falling sick of malnutrition and may even cause death if fed the wrong foods. Click Full Story for more information.

  • Notice Of Assessment Increase & Insurance Assessment

    Published: October 05, 2023

    The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on March 29, 2023, reviewed all estimated budget expenses for 2023 and determined the current assessment rate is not sufficient to sustain the Association’s operating budget. Through unanimous vote, the Board of Directors voted to increase the 2023 regular quarterly assessments. Additionally, the Board of Directors reviewed the insurance premiums for fiscal year 2023 and voted and approved an Insurance Assessment. Click Full Story for more information.
